OUR PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT
 

Principal consultant Michael Kent has over 20 years experience working in executive and managerial roles in local government. His portfolio responsibilities have included business planning, strategic & operational financial management, information technology, governance, risk management, customer service, digital service delivery and project management. 

Michael holds Post Graduate qualifications in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce and is trained in the Australian Business Excellence Framework. He holds the status of Fellow with CPA Australia and is a member of Local Government Professionals Australia (WA) .

Michael is an engaging and articulate presenter and can communicate confidently with a range of  stakeholders including CEOs, Executives, Elected Members, Community and Staff at all levels.
